Full or half day coaching packages
Full or half day coaching packages are available to get you started or on an ongoing basis specific to you training needs. These can focus on single or multi-sport coaching depending upon requirements. This package is ideal for small groups of similar ability or for an individual athlete. 1-1 coaching session (swim, bike or run)

  • 1-1 coached session €65 / £50
  • Buy FIVE 1-1 sessions €300 / £225 saving €25/£25
  • Facility charges may apply

A Triathlete ½ day bundle (4-5hrs) can be customised to the requirements of the athlete. A sample could include:

  • Swim video analysis, report and corrective drills.
  • Wattbike: Power profiling, Pedaling efficiency and bike fit optimisation.
  • Run video analysis, report and performance enhancing drills.
  • Heart rate and pace based training zones defined for running.
  • Heart rate and power based training zones defined for biking.
