Small group size to ensure maximum coaching feeback and benefit to the athlete.
Suitable for all athletes looking to improve their triathlon performance, gather the latest information and techniques on training and racing and learn new skills in a fun, safe environment.
Swim: Video analysis of your stroke and then the skills, drills and sets to make you faster and more efficient in the pool and in the open water.
Bike: Bike fit checked and then a turbo session which will show you the workouts and routines to make you much stronger and more powerful.
Run: Video feedback to teach efficient running technique, which improves performance and reduces the risk of injuries.
Theory sessions: We will establish training zones for swim, bike and run, cover nutrition (day to day and race day, how to get lean and fast), season planning (periodisation of training and racing, what type of training to do and when to do it), strength and conditioning, recovery techniques and time management.

Cost: £130 / €150
Provisional Camp Schedule
0745 – Meet and greet
0800- 0930 – Practical Swim: Video recording of all athletes in the pool
- 0945 – 1100 – Classroom: Swim technique theory and video review
1100 – 1245 – Practical Run: Video of run technique of all athletes and teach drills and cadence work
1245- 1315 – Lunch
1330- 1430 – Classroom: Season planning, race selection, design training programme to achieve your goals plus info on nutrition, equipment (training, racing, HRM, power meters) etc
1445- 1600 – Practical Bike: Turbo session followed by S&C. Bike set up, pedalling efficiency with on the spot video feedback. Then onto the work required to make you more powerful. Turbo required (can be arranged)
1630 – Finish
Lunches: There is an excellent café at Felda but please bring snacks for during the day.

Home after spending 2 days with Oliver Harkin at his Tri camp in Lisburn. Really enjoyable weekend, tough but very informative, ran by a very good coach. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to improve their skills to check him out at primedcoaching.

Can’t recommend Oliver Harkin and Primed Coaching enough after a very tough weekend in Lisburn. For anyone who has started on the road of triathlon and would like an insight into the training, nutrition, commitment and technique needed for the sport, give Oliver a shout and do one of his training weekends. I’m stiff, I’m sore and I’m very unfit, but I’ve taken so much away from the weekend that I can transfer into my own training routines in the pool, on the bike (and on the turbo at home) and my run.
