Training Camps & Clinics
The 2 day weekend training camp is designed to address different needs at different times of the season, from more technique and skill orientated with video analysis in the Winter to more training specific in the Spring.
The half day clinics are a very focused look at a particular aspect of Triathlon:
Swim clinic: basic theory on swimming fast, video of current stroke, specific technique drills, how to train for swimming and dry land stretches and strengthening exercises to make the most of your available time.
Open water swimming clinic: skills such as open water navigation, sighting, drafting, transitions.
Bike clinic: basic theory on cycling fast, bike fit, pedalling technique drills, how to train for biking and stretches and strengthening exercises to make the most of your available time.
Run clinic: basic theory on running fast, video of current running style, running technique drills, how to train for running and stretches and strengthening exercises to make the most of your available time.
Transitions clinic: Master a super quick T1 and T2 with a little practice.
