Athlete Feedback from previous Primed Coaching training camps

Mick Summerville:
Home after spending 2 days with Oliver Harkin at his Tri camp in Lisburn. Really enjoyable weekend, tough but very informative, ran by a very good coach. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to improve their skills to check him out at primedcoaching.

Claire McLernon:
What a great weekend!! Survived bike skills and even managed to swim again after yesterday's circuits. Thanks Oliver Harkin and primed coaching for a super organised camp, highly recommended!!

Brian Murphy:
Can't recommend Oliver Harkin and Primed Coaching enough after a very tough weekend in Lisburn. For anyone who has started on the road of triathlon and would like an insight into the training, nutrition, commitment and technique needed for the sport, give Oliver a shout and do one of his training weekends. I'm stiff, I'm sore and I'm very unfit, but I've taken so much away from the weekend that I can transfer into my own training routines in the pool, on the bike (and on the turbo at home) and my run. Thanks Oliver

Chris McNevison:
Great job Oliver Harkin of Primed Coaching on the very informative triathlon training camp! A must for anyone wanting to take their training (and results!) up a level Looking forward to a season full of personal bests!!

Steven Bloomer:
Just finished the 2 day triathlon camp run by Oliver Harkin and I highly recommend it to any one new to triathlon or looking to Improve on the tri skills. Absolutely loved both days. Cheers Oliver
